摘　　要：“合作安全”作为冷战后东南亚安全区域主义实践中一种最重要的安全机制,它是西方“共同安全”观和本区域“综合安全”观融合的产物。“东盟方式”是其运行的基本程序。在实际运行中,它表现出明显的军事、政治、经济、社会和环境等多领域的互动;东南亚国家、东盟、“自然经济区”等市场组织和“第二轨道”等公民社会组织以及外部的区域间组织都在其中发挥着重要作用,由此形成一种多领域和多元行为主体的综合性特征。“cooperative security” is a mixture of the concept of common security of the West and comprehensive security in Southeast Asia. In reality, the basic process of the operation of the security regime is the “ASEAN Pattern”, which presents not only a multi-dimensional security interactions in the military, political, economic, social, and environmental fields, but also multi-actor interaction between the states, regional inter- governmental organization, market actors, and regional civil society, etc.. All these have formed a comprehensive characteristic of security regionalism in Southeast Asia.
