摘  要:用溶胶凝胶法制备Mo掺杂TiO2光催化剂,运用TG-DTA分析了光催化剂在热处理过程中发生的物理和化学变化。UV-VIS光谱显示当焙烧温度为500℃时Mo-TiO2光吸收带边红移程度最大;XRD分析表明随着焙烧温度的升高,纳米Mo-TiO2晶粒粒径增大、金红石型的含量增高。亚甲蓝溶液的光催化降解结果表明,当焙烧温度为400℃时,Mo-TiO2可见光光催化活性最好。Mo-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method. The physical and chemical reaction in the course of heating were also studied by TG-DTA technique. UV-VIS results show that when the calcination temperature is 500 ℃, the red movement of the absorption edge for the visible-light is the most. XRD results show that as the calcination temperature increasing the grain size and content of rutile increase. The results of decomposing methylene blue show that when the calcinations temperature is 400 ℃, the photocatalytic activity of Mo-TiO2 under visible-lignt is best.
