摘　　要：结合煤炭企业生产经营与投资建设的实际，建立其动态投入产出模型，用以解决煤炭企业维持简单再生产和扩大再生产过程中各生产部门生产能力的合理规划、资源的合理配置、投资与产出增长的动态平衡等问题，进而优化企业投资结构和产品结构，寻求矿区最佳发展策略。模型应用于某煤炭企业的投资与生产发展规划，取得了预期的结果。Combined with the production and investment practice of coal electricity enterprises, this paper builds a dynamic input output model for corporate planning, including the planning of plant production capacities, the distribution of resources, and the dynamic balancing of production and investment.The application of model is illustrated by using it in a coal electricity enterprise for the optimization of investment structure and product mix, and the assessment of optimal corporate development strategies.
