摘 要:20世纪90年代以来,网络技术、电子商务、知识经济的迅猛发展持续快速地改变了全球商业模式,制造业OEM的理论基础在经济全球竞争的大背景下继续演绎,OEM经营实践也在持续演进,发展的轨迹是走向ODM和OBM、融入SCM、拥抱虚拟化浪潮三个层面。在OEM商业模式持续发展过程中,其内涵与外延也得到了极大地丰富和拓展。OEM发展的新动向为中国代工企业的产业升级提供了新思路。Since 1990s,the global business mode has been changed quickly because of the development by intemet-technolog, electronic-commerce and knowledge-economic. On the background characteristic of times, principles of OEM have continuously deduced and the practice of OEM has evolved. Also OEM has developed to ODM and OBM, merged to SCM and embraced virtualization wave. Meantime, intension and extension of OEM has been extended and enriched. New trends of the development of OEM provides the enterprises of China with new thinking.
