摘 要:屏蔽暂堵重复压裂工艺最初是针对长庚油田低渗透储层开发的重复改造技术,并取得了较好的增产效果,2004年开始在准噶尔盆地BZ区块应用该工艺。通过地质特征、开发特征、工艺适用性及工艺配套和施工参数的优化研究,形成了适合该地区的屏蔽暂堵压裂技术。目前该工艺在准噶尔盆地BZ区块已成功应用37口井,施工成功率达95%,有效率85%,平均单井日增油4.1 t,有效期平均达240 d,部分井有效期已超过570 d。现场应用表明,屏蔽暂堵压裂工艺在准噶尔盆地具有良好的推广应用前景。The shielding temporary sealing and refracturing technique is initially a kind of duplicated treatment on the development of low-permeability reservoir in Changqing oilfieid.As enhanced production has been achieved,the technique has been adopted in BZ block of Junggar basin in 2004.Through optimization on geological features,de- velopment features,technique flexibility and construction parameters,the technique is improved to be more suitable for the area.Up to now,the new technique has been suc- cessfully applied on 37 wells in BZ block of Junggar basin and the success rate can be up to 95% and the effective rate is 85%,which increases average daily oil production of 4.1 t.The valid period of single well is 240 days aver agely,and 570 days for part of wells.It has been proved that the technique has great application potential and can be broadly adopted in Junggar basin.
