摘　　要：腹部手术及丽珠肠乐对肠道双歧杆菌的影响华西医科大学外科教研室成都６１００４１王学，吴言涛，严律南华西医科大学传染病教研室范昕建，朱淑媛，俞汝佳华西医科大学附一院门诊部胡泽芬宿主患病可减少肠道双歧杆菌的数量［１］。外科手术也可改变体内的生态环境，可能使...In this study, we tested bifidobacteria for 54 cases of abdominal operative patients(5 groups) and 28 cases of these patients who were treated with bifidobiogen. The results demonstrated that the bifidobacteria reduced obviously in 4 groups(except liver cancer group) on 10th postoperative day. In groups treated with bifidobiogen,there was on difference in bifidobacteria between control group and the group with antibiotics.However, the amount of bifidobacteria in the group without antibiotics was increased obviously.Therefore,bifidobiogen may have some effect on treatment of postoperative dysbacteriosis.
