摘　　要：目的 探讨超选择性动脉插管栓塞治疗急性动脉性出血的方法和临床应用价值。方法 47例动脉性出血的病人行超选择性出血动脉插管栓塞治疗。包括肿瘤性出血15例，非肿瘤性出血32例。出血量500～2800ml。结果 44例患者应用动脉栓塞治疗达到止血目的。近期有效率93．67％。无严重并发症发生。随访3—12个月，2例复发。结论 超选择性动脉插管栓塞治疗急性动脉出血、止血安全有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of embolization of arterial hemorrhage through superior - selected catheterization. Methods 47 case whh arterial hemorrhage were treated by embolizing artery through superior - selected catheterization, including neoplastic bleeding in 15 cases and non - neoplastic bleeding in 32 cases. The amount of bleeding was 500 -2800 ml. Results The embolized therapy was successful in 44 cases, the short - term effective rate was 93.67 % and without serious complications, recurrence was found in 2 cases followed - up for 3 - 12 months. Conclusion The treatment of serious arterial hemorrhage by embolizing bleeding artery was safe and effective.
