摘 要:用多元分析研究了糖尿病患者样品中微量元素,了解微量元素与糖尿病的关系,并提出了新见解。用ICP-AES测定糖尿病患者血、发中18种微量和宏量元素(Al、As、B、Ba、Cd、Co、Cr、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb、Se、Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Sr、Ti);结果经多元分析处理,找到血、发共有的相关链:Mn-Ni-Cu-Sr-Ti,它与患者年龄、性别、样品无关,看来它提供了机体的某些特殊信息;作非线性映射表明,糖尿病和健康者分布在映射图上不同区域;糖尿病和正常人血、发中微量元素用SIMCA法判别,判别率分别为80%(男血)、75%(男发)、85%(女血)和75%(女发)。The multivariate analysis was introduced to the study of trace elements (TE) in vitro samples of diabetic subjects to ascertain the relationship between TE and diabetes mellitus,and a new perspective in the understanding of diabetes was developed. The contents of 18 kinds of trace and macro elements (Al,As,B,Ba,Cd,Co,Cr,Mg,Mn,Ni,Ph,Se,Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Sr,Ti)in hair and blood of diabetic patients were determined by ICP-AES. By use of multivariate analysis a common correlation chain (Mn-Ni-Cu-Sr-Ti) in both hair and blood was found, regardless of sex, age, sample. It seems that the chain suggests some particular information of organism. After non-linear mapping. the images of different groups show that the sample points of diabetic and healthy subjects are distributed on two different areas in a plane. As SIMCA method was applied to the study of TE in blood and hair of diabetic patients and normal control, the discriminatory rates are up to 80% (by TE in blood of male),75% (by TE in hair of male), 85% (by TE in blood of female), 75% (by TE in hair of female).
