摘  要:目的评价自制复方电解质果糖溶液在肾移植后多尿期的补液效果。方法126例肾移植患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组63例,研究组术后多尿期输注自制复方电解质果糖溶液,对照组多尿期采用循环补液方案输液。监测血电解质、血糖、尿糖及肾功能的变化,对比两组患者补液治疗的效果。结果两组患者补液期间(术后1~21h)血电解质、酸碱水平均在正常范围,二者间的差异无统计学意义,两组血肌酐相比,差异也无统计学意义;研究组患者的血糖和尿糖的水平以及波动幅度均显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论复方电解质果糖溶液可理想地维持肾移植后多尿期的水、电解质及酸碱平衡,并能有效解决传统循环补液治疗时存在的液体种类多、操作繁琐和高血糖等问题。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of the self-made electrolyte-fructose solution used during diuresis stage after kidney transplantation. Methods 126 cases in diuresis stage after kidney transplantation were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups: test group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63). The test group accepted the fluid therapy of self-made electrolyte-fructose solution, while the control group accepted scheme of cycling fluid infusion. The clinical outcome of both schemes during diuresis stage, such as blood electrolyte, serum glucose and so on was compared. Results There was no significant difference in some indexes, such as blood electrolyte, acid base and kidney function during the period of fluid therapy between two group (1-21 h after kidney transplantation). The level and fluctuation of serum glucose and urine glucose in test group were significantly lower than those in control group (P(0.05). Conclusion The self-made electrolyte-fructose solution can ideally maintain the level of electrolyte and acid-base of the patients in diuresis after kidney transplantation. In addition it can make up for the problems caused by traditional fluid therapy, such as many categories of fluid, complicated handling and high serum glucose of patients.
