中医辨证治疗围手术期跟骨骨折16例

摘　　要：目的：探讨跟骨骨折围手术期应用中医辨证治疗方法和临床疗效。方法：对16例（18足）跟骨骨折手术病人围手术期采用中医辨证治疗，评价临床疗效。结果：16例进行7．14个月随访，参照踝一后足评分系统，优10足，良7足，可1足。结论：中医辨证治疗围手术期跟骨骨折有较好的效果，应重视围手术期处理，减少皮瓣的感染和坏死的发生。Objective： To study the clinical effect of the treatment bases on syndrome differentiation of perioperative of calcaneal fractures. Methods：Sixteen cases of calcaneal fractures （18 feet） were treated with the treatment bases on syndrome differentiation. The clinical results and complication were evaluated. Results：Sixteen cases were followed up for 7 - 14 months. According to evaluation system suggested by Ankle-posffoot, the results were excellent in 10 feet,good in 7 feet and fair in 1 foot. Conclusion： The treatment bases on Syndrome differentiation is a good method for perioperative of calcaneal fractures. The perioperative should be emphasized to limit skin flap infection and necrocis.
