益气调神针刺法与祛湿化痰针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖病的比较

摘　　要：目的：比较观察益气调神针刺法与祛湿化痰针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖病的疗效。方法：将88例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为治疗Ⅰ组56例和治疗Ⅱ组32例，治疗Ⅰ组采用益气调神针刺法，选取百会、神门、气海等，治疗Ⅱ组采用祛湿化痰针刺法，选取曲池、丰隆、阴陵泉等。电针第1次／d，1周后。每2—3d1次，15次为1个疗程，疗程间隔5d，共2个疗程。结果：治疗Ⅰ组总有效率为94．6％，治疗Ⅱ组为93．8％，两组总有效率比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；3个月随访发现部分病例体质量反弹，其中治疗Ⅰ组4例，治疗Ⅱ组18例。两组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：益气调神针刺法和祛湿化痰针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖病均有效，其远期疗效以益气调神针刺法为优。Objective： To compare effects el Yiqi Tiaoshen Acupunctrue therapy and Qushi Huatan merapy in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods：Eighty eight cases were randomly divided into the treatment group Ⅰ （ n =56） and the treatment group Ⅱ （ n =32）. The treatment group Ⅰ was treated with Yiqi Tiaoshen Acupunctrue therapy, acupoints including Baihui, Shenmen, Qihai et al were selected; The treatment group Ⅱ was treated with Qushi huatan Acupunctrue therapy , acupoints including Quchi, Fenglong, Yinlingquan et al were selected. One time a day in the first week ,two or three time a day in the second week, fifteen courses were used in all cases. Results：The total effective rate were 94.6% Ⅰ and the treatment group Ⅱ , respectively. There was no significant difference times was a course of treatment. Two and 93.8% in the treatment group Ⅰ between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）.After three months, weight increases appeared 4 cases and 18 cases in the treatment group Ⅰ and the treatment group Ⅱ, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Tiaoshen Acupunctrue therapy and Qushi Huatan therapy could effectively treat simple obesity, further the former is prior to the latter in long-term follow-up result.
