摘  要:为高能量高重复频率光栅调谐TEA CO2激光器设计了一种谐振腔自动调整系统,实现了计算机自动控制下的光斑采集、光斑图像分析和光栅位置调整。介绍了系统构建与开发该系统软件中的关键技术。通过对脉冲光斑图像采集机理的研究,给出了一种由计算机在图像采集过程中同步触发激光器的方法,从而只采集一场数据即能稳定地捕获到完整、清晰的单脉冲CO2激光光斑图像,采集时间小于100ms。An automatic resonator adjusunent system is designed for a grating tuning TEA CO2 laser with high repetition rate and high output power. The automatic laser spot collection and analysis are realized by a computer-controlled system, which decide the best grating position and consequently adjust it. The construction and performance of the system are presented along with a description of its control software development. The mechanism of capturing single pulse CO2 laser spot is analyzed. Therefore a synchronously triggering method by outputting a signal from the computer through its process of image captures is proposed. The experiment shows that high quality single pulse two-dimensional CO2 laser spot can be fully and stably collected within 100ms.
