摘 要:报道了3%广枯灵AS(恶霉灵+甲霜灵)的杀菌活性与防治辣椒枯萎病原菌抑菌作用机理。离体试验表明,3%广枯灵AS能明显抑制辣椒枯萎病菌菌丝的生长,EC50值为13.1μg/mL。显微观察,发现药剂作用后菌丝出现打结、膨肿、分枝增多等现象。3%广枯灵AS 50μg/mL处理后,菌体内可溶性蛋白和还原糖含量总体上表现为缓慢减少,几丁糖含量先减少后增加,几丁质酶活性在24h后明显升高。The antifungal activity and inhibition mechanism of 3% hymexazol-metalaxyl aqueous solution (in Chinese commerce name: Guangkuling) on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. capsicum were studied in this paper. Guangkuling displayed highly strong antifungal activity on hyphal growth of F. oxysporum in vitro, with 50% effective concentration (EC50) of 13.1 μg/mL. Meanwhile, the phenomena of hypha knot, bulge and increase of ramification number were observed. To investigate the antifungal mechanism of Guangkuling, the changes of soluble protein content, glucose content, chitosan (the N-deacetylated derivative of chitin) content and chitinase activity during 24 h were detected after the mycelium of F. oxysporum was treated with Guangkuling (50 μg/mL). The results showed that soluble protein content changed a little, glucose content kept a declining trend and chitosan content and chitinase activity also improved obviously, indicating that Guangkuling exerted its antifungal activity by acting on the metabolism process of saccharide and chitin of the plant pathogenic fungus.
