右旋糖酐铁静滴治疗缺铁性贫血9例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察右旋糖酐铁静滴治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法静滴右旋糖酐铁,观察缺铁性贫血患者血红蛋白、红细胞总数、红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均压积的变化情况。结果静脉注射右旋糖酐铁后血红蛋白、红细胞总数、红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均压积恢复正常时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),输血量较对照组减少(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射右旋糖酐铁对治疗缺铁性贫血有肯定疗效,可尽快改善贫血,减少输血量。Objective To approach the curative effect of iron dexrran intra venous injection on iron deficiency anemia. Methods Through the intravenous injection of iron dextran, the changes of Hb, RBC, Mcv and HCT in the iron deficiency anemia patients were observed. Results The time of Hb, RBC, Mcv and HCT recovering to normal in the group which had been intravenously injected with iron destran was significantly shorter than that in the control group （p〈0.05）, and it decreased the blood transfusions（p〈0.05）. Conclusion It has positive curative effect of intravenously injected iron dextran on iron deficiency anemia, which can improve anemia and decrease blood transfusions.
