摘 要:采用经KH-550偶联剂处理的长玻璃纤维(LGF)与聚乙烯(PE)复合制备了PE/LGF复合材料。研究了该种复合材料的力学性能和LGF在PE基体中的分布状况。结果表明,LGF的长度与含量对复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、硬度及维卡软化点温度有很大的影响,当LGF的质量分数约为30%、长度约为35mm时,复合材料的拉伸强度达52.5MPa,冲击强度达52kJ/m2,洛氏硬度为90,维卡软化点温度为106℃;LGF在PE基体中呈现三维交叉结构,这种结构和KH-550的加入改进了复合材料的性能。A series of long glass fibre (LGF) reinforced polyethylene (PE) composites were prepared using LGF treated by KH - 500. The mechanical properties and the fibre distribution of composites were investigated. Results showed that the fibre length and mass content had great influences on tensile strength, impact strength, hardness and softing point. The tensile strength of the composite reached 52.5 MPa, the impact strength reached 52 kJ/m^2, harness reached 90 and softing point reached 106℃ when the fibre length was 35 mm and LGF mass content was 30%. The long fibre distribution in matrix was three-dimensional cross structure, and this structure and KH -500 could improve the properties of composites.
