摘 要:通过紫外可见分光光度计扫描,发现孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿的最大吸收波长分别为620nm和260nm。在相应的最大吸收波长处,采用高效液相色谱-双波长紫外可见检测器对水产品中孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿同时测定。结果表明,水产品中孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿回收率分别为83%~89%和87%~93%,相对标准偏差分别为2.12%~2.53%和2.16%~2.65%,检出限分别为1μg/kg和2μg/kg。Scaning by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, the maximum absorption wavelength of malachite green (λ:=620 nm) and leucomalachite green (22=260 nm) was found. Malachite green and leucomalachite green residues in fishery products were determined by HPLC at 2: and 22 with dual wavelength detector. The results showed that the recoveries of malachite green and leucomalachite green in fishery products were 83 % - 89% and 87% - 93%, the relative standard deviations were 2. 12% 2.53% and 2.16%-2.65% ,and the detection limits were 1 g/kg and 2 g/kg,respectively.
