摘 要:研究了电子给体依诺沙星(Enoxacin,ENX)与电子受体茜素红(Allzarin Red,AR)之间的电荷转移反应,确定了反应的最佳条件。实验结果表明:ENX与AR在水溶液中,于室温下即可生成稳定的1:2络合物。该络合物的λmax=524nm,表观摩尔吸光系数是6.96×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1,依诺沙星浓度在0~20mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,相对标准偏差为0.250A(n=11)。方法用于测定药物制剂中依诺沙星的含量,其回收率为99.49/6~100.5%。The charge-transfer(CT) reaction between enoxacin as the electron donor and alizarin red as the electron acceptor has been studied by spectrophotometric method . The results indicated that in water solution enoxacin can form charge transfer complex with alizarin red, the composition ratio was 1:2, Amax was at 524 nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 6.96×10^3 L·mol^-1 ·cm^-1, the absorbance was linearly related to the concentration of enoxacin in the range of 0-20 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.4 mg/L, the relative standard deviation was 0.25% (n=11) . The proposed method has been applied to the determination of enoxacin in tablets and capsules with satisfactory results. The recoveries of enoxacin were 99.4%-100. 5%.
