肘关节伸侧皮下注射重组人红细胞生成素治疗贫血的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肘关节伸侧皮下注射重组人红细胞生成素治疗贫血的局部副作用及疗效。方法66例慢性肾功能衰竭患者自身对照,分别行肘关节伸侧与三角肌下缘皮下注射重组人红细胞生成素,观察两注射部位疼痛、出血及患者耐受性的差异。对其中25例患者进行两处注射部位的治疗效果观察。结果肘关节伸侧处注射时疼痛明显减轻,注射部位出血的发生率低于对照组,患者的耐受性高于对照组,两处注射治疗效果比较其差异无统计学意义。结论肘关节伸侧皮下注射重组人红细胞生成素,局部副作用少,疗效肯定。Objective To analyze the side effect and curative effect of subcutaneous injection of EPO at extensor side of elbow joint for patients with anemia. Methods 66 patients with chronic renal failure were given EPO by elbow joint or deltoid underside subcutaneous injection. Pain, hemorrhage and tolerance were investigated. 25 patients among 66 were investigated to observe the curative effects of EPO by both two injection methods. Results Elbow joint injection can relieve pain obviously and the incidence of bleeding is lower than that of the control group. Patients＇ tolerance in observation group is higher. There was no significant dif- ference in curative effect between two groups. Conclusion These findings suggest that subcutaneous injection of EPO at extensor side of elbow joint is more effective and safe.
