摘 要:目的气管切开患者脱机后行雾化面罩吸氧的疗效观察。方法47例气管切开脱机后患者按床号单、双数分组,观察组26例采用微雾喷雾器雾化面罩持续雾化吸氧,雾化液用0.45%氯化钠溶液,每8 h再行1次药物雾化;对照组21例采用普通面罩吸氧,每8 h行1次药物雾化。分别在吸氧后第1、3、5天查血、痰培养,每天查血气分析。结果观察组呼吸道感染率30.8%,痰痂形成率3.8%,对照组呼吸道感染率66.7%,痰痂形成率33.3%,观察组呼吸道感染及痰痂形成明显低于对照组。结论气管切开患者脱机后行雾化面罩持续雾化吸氧能有效降低气管切开患者脱机后的呼吸道感染和痰痂形成。Objective To observe the effect of mask inhalation of atomizing oxygen in treating the traeheostomy patient after weaning of ventilation. Methods 47 tracheostomy patients after weaning of ventilation are divided into two groups randomly. 26 patients in observation group are provided with atomizing oxygen continuously by mask. 0.45% NaCl is used as atomize water. The others in control group are provided with oxygen by ordinary mask and given atomizing medication every eight hours. Blood culture and sputum culture were tested in the first, third and fifth day after given oxygen and analyze blood gas every day. Results The incidences of respiratory infection and formation of phlegm scar of observation group is 30.8% and 3.8%, while those in control group are obviously higher, reaching 66.7% and 33.3%. Conclusion Continuously providing with atomizing oxygen by mask inhalation to the patient after weaning of ventilation can reduce the incidence of respiratory infection and prevent formation of phlegm scar effectively.
