摘　　要：目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者应用他汀类药物后血清妊娠相关性蛋白-(APAPP-A)水平的变化。方法应用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别测定40例ACS患者应用他汀类药物前后,20例稳定型心绞痛及20例非冠心病患者血清PAPP-A水平。结果ACS患者血清PAPP-A浓度[(UA组(4.69±0.92)mIU/L,AMI组(5.14±0.85)mIU/L]明显高于SA组[(1.30±0.03)mIU/L]和非冠心病组患者[(1.25±0.09)mIU/L],应用他汀类药物后,ACS患者血清PAPP-A水平降低[UA组(1.32±0.10)mIU/L,AMI组(1.38±0.04)mIU/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用他汀类药物后,ACS患者血中PAPP-A浓度明显升高,PAPP-A是急性冠状动脉综合征易损斑块新的血清标志物。Objective To investigate changes of the serum pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A （PAPP-A） level in the patients with acute coronary syndrome who taking Statin. Methods There were 60 coronary heart disease （CHD） patients diagnesised by CAG include 40 ACS patients and 20 stable angina patients and 20 non-CAD patients excluded by CAG as the control group. The serum PAPP-A was detected by ELISA. Results Circulating PAPP-A levels are significantly higher in patients with ACS than in patients with stable angina non-CHD and are higher in patients with ACS after taking Statin （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Circulating PAPP-A levels are elevated in ACS and it is a new candidate marker of ACS which can reflect the instability of coronary atheresclerotic plaque.
