摘　　要：当前我国进入了各种社会矛盾和冲突的凸显期。如何建立符合时代特征的政治调控机制,构建社会主义和谐社会,使我国的社会转型更加平稳、效率和规范,推动国家的现代化进程,是当前具有重要理论和实践意义的课题。笔者通过对政治调控机制理论框架的分析,梳理了我国政治调控机制存在的主要问题,提出了紧紧抓住改革发展、信息社会和全球化一体化进程这个大的方向,以科学发展观为指导,树立科学调控的思想,推动我国政治调控体系快速转型的基本思路。Now China has come into a period when social conflicts and contradictions rise high. How to build new political regulation systems by which we can construct a harmonious society to help our country transform more smoothly,efficiently and formally, and propel all the country＇ progress of modernization, is a meaningful topic both in theory and practice. In this article, the author briefly sorts out the major problems in our current political regulating systems. And as an attempt, the author also proposes that we should grasp the process of reform and development, society information and globalization as a main direction and establish the concept of scientific regulation guided by the ideas of scientific development to push forward the transformation of our country＇s political regulation systems.
