摘　　要：研制具备Iub接口NBAP协议仿真功能的TD-SCDMA网络测试仪,有助于主动模拟网络性能和分析网络故障。提出了软件设计中模块定义和代码实现的新方案。ASN.1工具采用的是OSS公司推出的编译器和运行程序库。NBAP协议数据单元的编码和解码性能可靠、稳定。经过测试,该NBAP协议仿真功能符合实际测试的要求。Research and manufacture of TD-SCDMA network analyzer, which possesses the function of NBAP protocol simulation in Iub interface, can help to initiatively imitate network performance and analyze network failure. A new scheme of module definition and code realization in the software design is proposed. The ASN. 1 means adopts the compiler and runtime library that OSS Corporation released, The performance of encoding or decoding NBAP PDU is robust and stable, Testing results demonstrate that the function of NBAP protocol simulation meets the requirements of practical test completely,
