摘  要:目的:观察白术对动物胃肠运动的影响并探讨其作用机制。材料与方法:以豚鼠回肠收缩强度为指标,观察不同浓度的白术水煎剂对肠平滑肌收缩的影响;用碳末胶液在小鼠小肠内推进的距离占小肠全长百分数为指标,观察白术对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响。结果:浓度为0.lμm的白术水煎剂1.0ml可轻度抑制回肠的收缩;较大浓度的白术水煎剂1μm、10μm、0.1μm、1mM、10mM则能显著加强回肠的收缩,并呈量效反应关系。0.1mg/10g体重的白术煎剂对小鼠胃肠推进运动有显著加强作用;阿托品能明显抑制白术的兴奋作用;酚妥拉明可部分拮抗白术的兴奋效应;心得安对白术的兴奋效应影响不大。结论:大剂量白术水煎剂能促进动物的胃肠运动,随剂量加大而作用加强。这种效应主要通过胆碱能受体介导,α受体可能通过某种间接途径参与其调节机制.Purpose:To study the effect and mcehanism of Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae(RAM)on gastrointestinal motility in animals. Materials and methods:The varied concentrations of RAM on the spontaneous contraction of isolated guinea pig ileum was studied;The effect of RAM on the gastrointestinal propulsive movementwas assessed by the travelled distance of colloidal charcoal powder along the smallintestine in mice. Results:RAM 6.25%inhibited modestly the spontaneous contraction;RAM I2.5% or higher concentrations could significantly augment the spontaneouscontraction and was dose-dependent.RAM 0.1ml/10g weight increased markedly thepropulsive movement but was abolished by atropine; Regitine antagoniaed theincreased gastrointestinal propulsive movement and Propranolol had no effect onRAM. Conclusion∶ RAM has a stimulating effect on the propulsive movement ofgastrointestinal tract,which may be mediated through M recpetor or indirectly thealpha receptor.
