摘　　要：目的探讨改良式修眉刀用于小儿备皮的效果。方法将修眉刀前端2mm刃口打磨成光滑的圆弧状,制成改良式修眉刀。将150例头皮输液患儿按单双日分组,单日为对照组(n=150),采用一次性剃毛刀在患儿头皮一侧备皮;双日为观察组(n=150),采用改良式修眉刀在患儿头皮另一侧备皮。结果两组皮肤均无损伤;两组备皮速度与备皮范围比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);观察组使用改良式修眉刀时护士心理压力减轻,工作效率提高(均P<0.01)。结论改良式修眉刀备皮速度和安全系数均优于一次性备皮刀,不失为一种安全、高效、适用的备皮工具。Objective To improve the tool for the infant skin preparation. Methods The 2 mm of the front edge of browshaver was made into a smooth arc and the brow-shaver was used for the infant skin prepartion. One hundred and fifty infants to receive infusion were divided into 2 groups in terms of the date of infusion. The infants who received infusion on odd day was assigned into control group in which disposable knife was used, while those who was infused on even days were subjected to skin preparation by employing the modified brow-shaver. Results No skin injury took place in either group. There were significant differences in the time taken for shaving and the shaved area between the two groups （all P〈0.01）. The nurses who used the modified shaver experienced less mental pressure and worked more efficiently （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion The modified shaver can improve the speed and safety of hair-shaving as compared with the disposable one. It is a safe, efficient and practical tool for skin preparation.
