摘　　要：目的探讨新型脊柱外固定器治疗胸腰椎骨折术后患者有效的护理方法。方法将290例胸腰椎骨折患者随机分成两组,对照组150例采用AF内固定,同时给予常规护理;观察组140例采用新型脊柱外固定器固定,除予常规护理外,注重心理护理、早期协助患者下床活动、预防感染以及重视体位护理等。结果两组术中失血量,手术前后24h血压差值、术后心率及固定物取出时间等观察指标比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);观察组术后便秘、尿潴留等并发症发生率显著少于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论新型脊柱外固定器使用安全,可缩短患者的卧床时间,并发症少,护理在患者治疗康复过程中起到十分重要的作用。Objeetive To find a better nursing method for patients with fracture of lumbar and thoracic vertebrae treated by a new spinal external fixation device. Methods Two hundred and ninety patients with lumbar and thoracic vertebral fracture were divided into two groups. AF internal spinal fixation device was used among 150 patients in control group and a new spinal external fixation device was employed in 140 eases in observation group. In the observation group, apart from routine nursing care, attention was given to mental nursing, assistance in walking after operation, prevention of infection and body position. Results There were significant differences in blood loss, postoperative blood pressure, heart rate and time for the removal of the fixation device （all P〈0.01）. The complications such as constipation and urinary retention were fewer with the new device （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conelusion The new spinal external fixation device is safe, and can shorten bed-stay and cause fewer complications. Nursing care plays an important role in the recovery of patients.
