摘  要:介绍了重油催化裂化装置进料掺渣比变化情况和提高掺渣比的限制因素。通过调节两个再生器的烧焦比例,适当增加汽提蒸汽、雾化蒸汽和分馏塔底搅拌蒸汽的量,回用低磁催化剂,采用MGD工艺和调整柴、汽油切割点,优化能量回收系统,解决了进料掺渣比提高引起的烧焦负荷不足、平衡催化剂活性下降、汽油烯烃含量和硫含量升高以及综合能耗升高等问题。The article introduces residue blending proportion change of feed stock for HOC unit and the factors to limit residue blending proportion raising.By adjusting the coke-burning proportion of two regenerators, the amount of stripping steam,atomizing steam,and the amount of agitating steam at the bottom of fractionation column properly increase.The low-magnetism catalyst can be recoveried.The energy recovery system is optimized by adopting MGD process and regulating cut points of gasoline and diesel fuel ,thus the problems are settled,i.e.The low load of coke-burnihg,the activity of equilibrium catalyst decreasing,the content of olefins and sulfur in gasoline rising,and total energy consumption upgrading resulted from higher residue blending proportion.
