摘　　要：目的评价注射用头孢替坦钠的安全性。方法将注射用头孢替坦钠配成适当浓度,观察豚鼠静脉注射后有无过敏反应(因头孢菌素类药物容易引起豚鼠中毒,所以增作大鼠过敏试验)、家兔静脉注射有无血管刺激性及热原反应、体外溶血试验中是否具有溶血和血球凝集作用。结果大鼠静脉注射用头孢替坦钠无过敏反应,家兔静脉注射用头孢替坦钠无血管刺激性及热原反应,体外溶血试验无溶血和血球凝集作用。结论注射用头孢替坦钠可供静脉注射试用给药。Objective To evaluate the safety of cefotetan sodium for injection. Methods Four experiments were used, including allergic test induced by cefotetan sodium in guinea pigs. Allergic test by cefotetan sodium in SD rats was added as well as haemolysis and blood cell agglutination test in vitro and stimulation test to blood vessel. Results No stimulations and pyrogen reactions were seen in rabbits, ear-rim auricular vein after given lansoprazole. Allergic reaction was not occurred in SD rats. Conclusion Cefotetan sodium is safe for intravenous injection.
