摘 要:引入了一种超级电容器电压均衡控制策略的模型,在此基础上提出了一种新颖的超级电容器电压均衡方法——飞渡电容器电压均衡法,它将电压最高的电容器的能量直接转移到电压最低的电容器中,均衡速度快且效率高。在详细分析了该方法的工作原理和工作过程后,给出了飞渡电容器参数的选取原则。对3支超级电容器串联模块进行了仿真分析和实验测试,结果表明飞渡电容器电压均衡法在超级电容器电力储能系统中具有较高的实用价值。A model for supercapacitor voltage balancing strategy is introduced, on this basis the authors propose a novel supercapacitor voltage balancing method, namely flying capacitor voltage balancing method, which can efficiently transfer the energy in the capacitor with the highest voltage into that with the lowest voltage, the balancing speed of the proposed method is fast Firstly, the working principle and process of the proposed method is analyzed in detail, then the rules to choose parameters of flying capacitor is given. Finally, simulation analysis and experiment of the module composed of three supercapacitor connected in series are performed. Results show that the flying capacitor voltage balancing method is practicable and possesses high value for supercapacitor energy storage system.
