摘  要:在牡丹江支流河源哈尔巴岭湿地采集地表水和水生生物样品,对水体理化特征、水生生物种类、数量等进行调查,并用水质单因子评价法、多样性指数法,综合评价了调查水域水生生态环境质量.结果表明:牡丹江支流河源湿地生态系统基本处于自然状态,水生生物种类丰富,水体处于贫到中营养的初级阶段.由于湿地植物、水生生物等的腐烂分解,有机质不断沉积,致使局部地区有机物含量较高;哈尔巴岭地区个别地段玄武岩孔洞裂隙水Mn含量高,无机锰本底值较高.Surface water and hydrobiontes in bayou headwater wetland of Mudan River named Haerbaling were sampled. The physicochemical characteristics of water quality, and the kinds and number of hydrobiontes were studied. The aquatic eco-enviromnental status of the investigated area was assessed with the methods of Single Factor Evaluation on Water Quality and Diversity Index. The results reflect that bayou headwater wetland of the Mudan River is still in natural condition. The hydrobiontes are rich and the water is in the early stage of oligotrophieation to mid-eutrophication. However, as the result of bletting and decomposing of wetland plants, the organics of sedimentation are accumulated, which results in high concentration of organics in some places. And the concentration of Mn in the water flowing from holes and aperture of basalt is high in some places, leading to high background of inorganic Mn.
