摘  要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合技术,改进单体加料方式,制备得性能优异的核-壳丙烯酸乳液。讨论了软硬单体的比例、乳化剂、功能单体、引发剂等对乳液胶膜延伸率和反射系数下降率的影响,并对合成的乳液进行了表征。结果表明,合成的核-壳乳液具有高弹性的和优良的耐沾污性。A core-shell acrylic emulsion with excellent performance was prepared by means of semi-continuous seeded polymerization with monomer feeding way improved. Effects of soft-to-hard monomer ratio, emulsifier, functional monomer and initiator on extension rate of emulsion film and decline rate of reflectance were studied. The emulsion synthesized was also characterized. Testing results showed that the core-shell copolymer synthesized was of high elasticity and excellent stain resistance.
