摘　　要：旋转机械振动监测向智能化、系统化、早期化、网络化方向发展,以多种类、多通道、大动态范围传感器信号程控调理、高速、高精度连续采集、实时测试数据压缩的高性价比ATS为研制目标,借鉴VXI/PXI技术,基于ISP/FPGA、多SHARC DSP并行处理技术、全数字化测试技术等,详细介绍了开放型、模块化ATS各功能模块的设计与开发,在发动机等大型旋转机械综合测试中取得了良好应用效果,在高端智能仪器、军用ATE等领域具有广泛的适用性和可移植性。The vibration monitoring of rotary machines has a tendency of intelligent, systemic, early--diagnosis and networking. Harmet at the development of high performance-to price ATS based on sensors signal programmable conditioned with multi-type, multichannel and vast dynamic range, continuous data acquisition with high speed and precision, and real--time data compression, the design and development of open and modular ATS and various functional modules are introduced in details, using for reference of the technology of VXI/ PXI, based on ISP, FPGA, multi--DSP parallel procession and digital technology completely. That has favorable application effects in the integrated testing of large--scale rotary machines such as engines and far--ranging applicability and transplanting in the domains of advanced intelligent instrument, military ATE, and etc.
