摘 要:[目的]探讨芪参降脂饮抗动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的作用机制。[方法]40只大鼠随机分为4组,正常对照组、高脂对照组、不同浓度芪参降脂饮组2组。通过测血脂谱、血FPG、FINS,并计算胰岛素敏感指数(in-sulin sensitivity index,ISI),分析芪参降脂饮降低血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)进而起到抗AS的作用。[结果]芪参降脂饮大剂量治疗组大鼠TC(3.36±0.28)mmol/L、LDL-C(1.24±0.31)mmol/L、FPG(8.65±0.78)mmol/L、FINS(12.01±1.09)mmol/L显著低于高脂对照组,而HDL-C(0.97±0.41)mmol/L、ISI(-4.53±0.08)明显升高(P<0.01)。小剂量治疗组与高脂对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]芪参降脂饮可以降低血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗,进而起到抗AS的作用,且治疗效果与剂量有关。[ Objective] To study the mechanism of action of Qishenjiangzhiyin(QSJZY) on experimental atherosclerosis(AS) rats induced by high fat diet. [ Methods ] Forty rats were randomized into four groups : normal control group, high - fat model group , two different dose Qishenjiangzhiyin (QSJZY) groups. Serum lipids, FPG, FINS, were measured and ISI was calculated after experiment. The mechanisms of QSJZY' s antiatherosclerosis action were deduced. [ Results ] In high dose treatment group, TC (3.36 ± 0. 28 ) mmol/L,LDL - C ( 1.24± 0. 31 ) mmol/L,FPG( 8.65 ±0. 78 ) mmol/L and FINS ( 12. 01± 1.09 ) mmol/L were significantly lower while HDL- C(0. 97 ±0. 41 )mmol/L, ISI ( -4.53±0. 08 ) were significantly higher than those in high -fat model group (P 〈 0. 01 ). No significant difference existed between low dose treatment group and high - fat model group. [ Conclusion ] QSJZY can decrease serum lipids and enhance IS and weaken IR, which might be the mechanisms of QSJZY's antiatherosclerosis action . And QSJZY's treatment effect is correlated to it's dose.
