摘  要:电解充氢实验表明,随充氢时间的延长,ZL107合金试样中的含氢量增多,力学性能(尤其是抗拉强度)下降.但ZL102个别试样出现随充氢时间延长,含氢量反而降低的反常现象.初步分析认为,这与表面粗糙度有关.用机械加工制备了几种表面粗糙度Ra值不同的ZL102合金试样,在设定条件下作电解弃氢.结果表明,试样表面粗糙度的确影响充氢行为.随试样表面粗糙度值增加,其含氢量有相应增加的倾向.In our previous study, the hydrogen content in ZL107 alloy increased and therewith its mechanical properies, especially the tensile strength decreased with increase of time for hydrogen electro-charging. But there exists an exception that hydrogen content for a few samples of ZL105 decreased with in crease of time for hydrogen, electro-charging, which was thought to be related with the surface roughness of simples. In the present study samples of ZL105 with different surface roughness were prepared by machning, which then were hydrogen electro-charged unden condrtions selected. The results indicated clearly that the hydrogen content increases with increment of surface roughness.
