摘　　要：运用数字图像处理技术检测、提取了涂覆环氧树脂的AA6016铝合金丝状腐蚀图像,分析探讨了由丝状腐蚀图像所得到的腐蚀面积密度、腐蚀扩展速度以及垂直于切口方向投影值等参数对评估丝状腐蚀发展状况的有效性及合理性.In this paper, the filiform corrosion images of AA6016-T4 aluminum alloy beneath an epoxy coating were detected and picked out from the image background with digital image processing technique, and some parameters such as corrosion area density, corrosion propagating speed, and projective value of filiform corrosion vertical to the scratch, were calculated from the processed filiform corrosion image, which were probed to evaluate the propagating status of filiform corrosion effectively and reasonably.
