摘  要:目的:验证过滤型络合铜纳米高分子复合材料输精管节育器(IVD)对雄犬的节育作用。方法:选雄性成年Beagle犬6只,手术植入IVD,术后1个月、3个月、6个月和12个月各采集犬精液,分别检测精子密度、精子活动力和精浆α-糖苷酶,并以仅做假手术的对照组(2只)作对照。结果:手术植入IVD后,雄犬精液中精子含量显著下降,3个月后精液中没有检测到活精子。结论:植入过滤型络合铜纳米高分子复合材料IVD可显著降低雄犬精液中精子的密度和活动力,是一种值得进一步研究的非阻塞性IVD。Objective: To proof the comtra ceptive effect of the filtering nano-copper complex/polymer composites intravas device (IVD) in dogs. Methods: Eight male adult beagel dogs were collected, 6 of them were planted with IVD in their vas deferens and 2 as the control. Their semen were collected to test sperm densities, sperm activities in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after the operation. Results: The densities of sperms were reduced significantly after the IVD was implanted, no viable sperms were found in the 3rd month. Conclusion: The filtering nano-copper complex/polymer composites IVD can reduce the densities of dog's sperms significantly.
