摘 要:目的:探讨男性不育与外周血白细胞雄激素受体表达的关系。方法:根据精液分析及睾丸活检病理检查结果,将67例男性不育症患者分成少精子症组(n=21)、弱精子症组(n=15)、阻塞性无精子症组(n=14)和非阻塞性无精子症组(n=17),采用放射配体结合分析法检测不育症患者外周血白细胞雄激素受体(AR),同时采用放射免疫法检测血清睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_2)水平,并以22例正常生育男性为对照。结果:外周血白细胞AR含量少精子症组、弱精子症组、阻塞性无精子症组与对照组比,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);非阻塞性无精子症组(782±98)与对照组(913±104)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性不育症各组与对照组相比,E_2和T水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而男性不育症患者精子密度与白细胞AR含量呈正相关(r=0.233,P=0.010)。结论:一部分男子不育的发生、发展过程可能与AR表达下调有密切关系。Objective: To investigate the associations between expression of androgen receptor and the occurrence of male infertility. Methods: According to semen and testis pathological analysis, 67 case of infertile patients were divided into oligozoospermic group(n=21), asthenozoospermic group(n= 15), obstructive azoospermic group(n=14), non-obstructive azoospermic group(n=17). Specific binding capacity of androgen receptor (AR) in peripheral leukocytes was measured by radioligand binding assays in 67 infertile males and 22 controls, and levels of testosterone(T) and estradiol(E2) were also detected by radioimmunassay. Results: Exception of non-obstructive azoospermic group, the binding capacity of AR in the control had no significant difference with those in other infertile groups (P 〉 0.05) when there was no significant difference between all the patients and normal control in the levels ofT and EE(P 〉 0.05). The binding capacity of AR in non-obstructive azoospermic group was lower than that in the control (P 〈 0.01). AR contents were 782 ± 98 sites/cell and 913±104 sites/cell in the non-obstructive azoospermic group and in the control, respectively. Further, there were positive correlations between the sperm density and the binding capacity of AR in infertile males(r=0.233, P=0.010). Conclusion: The changes of AR may play an important role in the process ofpathogenesis of male infertility and have applicable value in the diagnosis and typing of male infertility.
