摘 要:目的研究芩连胶囊在体内外的抗流感病毒活性。方法采用MTF法检测芩连胶囊对体外模型NDCK细胞的毒性浓度。采用CPE法测定芩连胶囊体外抑制流感有效浓度。动物模型为昆明种小鼠,口服给药,qd,共给药6 d。通过观察小鼠病死率、生命延长率及肺病变程度指标判定其抗流感病毒作用。结果芩连胶囊在体外能有效抑制流感A3病毒CPE的产生;口服芩连胶囊,能减少流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的病死率,延长存活时间,减轻小鼠肺组织病变程度。结论芩连胶囊在体内外均有良好的抗流感病毒活性。AIM To study the antiviral activity of Qinlian capsules against influenza virus in vitro and in vivo. METHODS The cell culture technique was used in MDCK cells to get cell viability of different concentration Qinlian capsules by MTT assay. And virus inhibitory rate was determined by cytopathic effect (CPE) assay. The anti-viral activity in vivo was performed on kunming mice that were divided to receive Qinlian capsules, qd for 6 d. The mean survival days and the pulmonary pathological lesions of the infected mice were observed to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Qinlian capsules. RESULTS Qinlian capsules effectively inhibited influenza As virus in vitro, and Qinlian capsules orally given, qd for 6 d reduced the death rate, prolonged the mean survival days, and diminished pulmonary pathological lesions of the infected mice. CONCLUSION Qinlian capsules are effective anti-influenza virus compounds in vitro and in vivo.
