摘　　要：机车车辆研究所即将迁入新楼办公,为了创建高效、舒适、健康、人性化的工作环境,提高大楼基础设施使用效率,节约物业管理维护人员配备,使新楼最大限度满足本所的发展需要,特别开发并实施了一整套楼宇弱电智能化管理系统。通过该系统的实施,不但可以大幅度降低大楼日常运营成本,更可以大力提升本所的管理水平和企业形象,为研发和办公提供良性发展的平台。LCRI is about to settle to a whole new office building.A whole set of building feeble electricity automation system is designed and actualized to provide an efficient and healthy working environment, and increase the using efficiency of the basic estahlishment of the building, make the building easy maintenance management.It＇s well expected to increase the management level and the corporation appearance by the usage of the system.
