摘 要:目的:研究不同生产工艺对当归静脉注射液中Angi-YS2a含量的影响。方法:用常压和减压两种不同的方法制备当归静脉注射液,在不同的工艺段取样品;用高效液相色谱法测定样品中Angi-YS2a的含量,用SPSS和NIST98数据分析软件进行结果分析。结果:减压组和常压组中Angi-YS2a的含量分别为7.4036、67.4106μg.mL-1,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01);两组内每一个工艺段Angi-YS2a的含量都会随工艺进展而提高。结论:当归静脉注射液生产工艺中的温度对产品中Angi-YS2a的含量有显著性影响。OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of different production techniques on the content of Angi- YS2a in Angelicae sinensis for intravenous injection. METHODS: Angelicae sinensis for intravenous injection was prepared by two different techniques of ordinary air pressure and decompression, and samples were taken at different phases of production technique. HPLC was adopted to determine the content of Angi- YS2a in the samples, and data analysis software of SPSS and NIST89 was applied to analyze the results. RESULTS: The content of Angi - YS2a in the ordinary air pressure group and decompression group were respectively 7.403 6vg.mL ^-1 and 67.410 6vg.mL^-1, indicating an unmistakable difference in comparison (P 〈 0.01). The content in both groups would increase with the progress of technique at each phase. CONCLUSION: Temperature of production technique has marked influence on the content of Angi - YS2a in Angelicae sinensis for intravenous injection.
