天冬混淆品(山文竹)的生药学检定

摘　　要：目的:对天冬混淆品(山文竹)进行生药学鉴定。方法:对山文竹原植物、生药性状、显微特征及理化特性等进行分析;并列表将天冬与山文竹进行对比鉴定。结果:二者原植物不同,生药性状、显微特征有明显区别,但化学成分定性鉴别基本相同。结论:山文竹能否作为天冬的代用品,有待进一步研究。OBJECTIVE ：To conduct pharmacognostic identification of the obscure substance（Radix Asparagi acicularis）in Radix Asparagi. METHODS： Radix Asparagi acicularis was analyzed in terms of the original plant, properties of crude drug, micro-characteristics and physicochemical properties, and identified against Radix Asparagi. RESULTS： The two were different in original plants, and demonstrated obvious differences in crude drug properties and micro-characteristics, but were essentially same in chemical ingredient identification. CONCLUSION ：There is a further need for researches on whether Radix Asparagi acicularis can be used as substitute for Radix Asparagi.
