从我院中成药的应用情况分析肝病治疗的误区

摘　　要：目的：分析我院中成药应用情况，找出肝病治疗中存在的误区，及时加以纠正。方法：对我院2006年1～10月门诊和住院药屠用药中成销售金额和用药频度（DDDs）进行统计分析。结果：中成药应用以降酶药和苦寒药最多，肝病治疗在用药方面存在着误区？结论：应在中医辨证理论指导下进行个体化给药。OBJECJIVE： To analyze the use of finished traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital, identify and rectify the misunderstandings about liver disease treatment. METHODS： Outpatient and inpatient use of drugs in January- October 2006 was audited and analyzed in terms of value and DDDs. RESULTS： enzyme lowering agents and bittercold drugs prevail in number and volume, indicating the existence of misunderstandings about the use of drugs for liver disease treatment. CONCLUTIONS： An individualized approach in the use of traditional Chinese medicines should be adopted under the guidance of the syndrome differentiation theory.
