摘 要:针对橡胶轻集料混凝土的基本力学性能进行了试验研究,通过对不同橡胶集料掺量、水泥用量和不同矿物掺和料的轻集料混凝土基本性能的研究,结果表明在普通轻集料混凝土中掺入一定质量的橡胶微粒可以有效的改善轻集料在混凝土中的分布状况,通过调整橡胶集料的含量和加入一定质量的矿物掺和料可以配制出和易性、坍落度均优且强度满足CL30的结构用橡胶轻集料混凝土.The paper presents the experimental study which aims at characterizing the basic mechanics property of the crumb rubber lightweight concrete. By studying the fundamental characteristics of the lightweight concrete of different mixture of crumb rubber aggregate, cement quantity and mixture of mineral, the result shows that it can effectually improves the spatial distribution of the lightweight aggregate in the concrete by mixing a certain quality of crumb rubber into controlled lightweight concrete. Adjusting the content of the crumb rubber and adding a certain quality of mineral mixture can reduce the aggregate separation phenomenon that is frequently seen in controlled light weight concrete. It is shown that the light weight concrete with crumb rubber developed in this paper shows good workability and the satisfaction of the strength requirement for CL30.
