宣钢4#竖炉配加红粉降低膨润土用量的试验

摘　　要：在宣钢新建4#竖炉无润磨系统，所用精粉粒度粗、产量低、膨润土配比高达4．3％-5％的情况下，进行了球团4#竖炉配加5％-10％红粉、降低膨润土配比的试验。结果表明，配加5％-10％红粉提高球团矿产量、降低膨润土用量是可行的。The no - lubrication - grinding system of new - built 4# shaft furnace of Xuan Steel has some defects ： the concentrate particle size is too large, output low and the proportioning ratio of bentonite high up to 4.3 -5 percent. To change that situation the test is done to add 5 -10 percent of laterite to reduce consumption of bentonite. It is showed feasible.
