摘　　要：军用高新技术包括支撑高新技术武器装备发展的基础技术和针对武器装备功能需要的应用技术。发展趋势为更加倚重信息能力;信息战武器装备将得到迅速发展;精确制导武器的数量和质量将得到进一步提高;作战平台将广泛采用隐身技术;天战武器装备将发展得更加迅速;战略核武器将继续得到重视和发展;新概念武器得到重视。The military high-tech includes the basic technology which supporting high-tech weapon equipment development and the application technology which meeting the requirements of weapon equipment needs. The development tendency is that the weapon equipment is more focus on information ability; the information war weapon equipment will develop quickly; the quantity and quality of precision control and guide weapon will improve; the operation platform will adopt hidden technology widely the outer space weapon equipment will develop quickly; the strategy nuke will be more focused on and developed; and more attention is paid to new concept weapon research.
