摘　　要：以西门子S7-200系列PLC为核心的某数控机床磨头控制系统,使用VB6.0软件,在Windows环境下通过专用电缆RS-232/PPI实现上位机与PLC的串行通信。系统采用单主站方式,在自由口模式下控制串口。接收指令使用接收信息控制字节中的位来定义信息启始和结束。信息接收完成时,采用结束字符检测方式结束接收信息。The control system of CNC machine tool based on the Siemens S7-200 of PLC uses VB6.0 under windows to realize the serial communication between host computer and PLC through cableRS-232/PPI. The system adopts single main-station to control the serial ports under free port mode. The receive index defines the information start and end based on using the receive information to control byte bit. After receiving the information, uses end character to detect mode end receive information.
