摘 要:以玉米杂交种川单15号为基础材料,通过复合化学药剂“40mg/L MH+4%DMSO+MS培养液”注射花丝诱导孤雌生殖,经自然加倍获得玉米分离变异材料。采用南北穿梭加代系谱育种法,用自交系R08作测验种,在M3及其衍生的M5分离世代连续选择优良单株测配和选育,育成玉米新自交系K363及其组配的杂交种正红211,提高了育种效率。正红211在四川省区试中平均产量为7183.6kg/hm2,比对照川单15号增产10.0%;籽粒粗淀粉含量高达79.6%;并具有抗病、抗倒伏力强,株型好和适应性广等特点,适宜丘陵山区种植,具有广阔的推广应用及加工利用前景。Maize hybrid Chuandan15 as source population, the female parthenogenesis were induced after injecting chemical mutagen (40 mg/L MH + 4% DMSO + MS medium) into the silks, and segregating mutants were obtained by natural doubling. Through the shuttle pedigree breeding between North and South, a new maize inbred line K363 and the corresponding hybrid Zhenghong 211 were developed by repeating test of elite individual plants selected from M3 and its derived M~ segregating generations with the inbred line R08 as tester. The average yield of Zhenghong 211 was 7183.6kg/hm2 in Sichuan regional trails, 10,0% higher than that of the check Chuandanl5. Zhenghong 211 has fine characters. Its starch content of kernels reaches up to 79.6%, it has multi-resistance to diseases and lodgings, good plant type and wide adaptation. Zhenghong 211 is suitable for planting in hilly areas, and with abroad prospect for extension and processing.
