摘 要:工业生产邻氯氯苄中排出的精馏残液,经氯化、水解、蒸馏,制取了一种广泛用于农药、医药、染料等行业的精细化工产品邻氯苯甲醛。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对氯化反应、水解反应的影响,确定了反应的优化条件。两步反应的总收率为64.7%,产品邻氯苯甲醛的纯度(质量分数)≥98.0%。该法使邻氯氯苄生产残液得到有效的利用,避免直接排放而造成环境污染,而且可降低邻氯氯苄的生产成本,产生显著的经济效益和社会效益。o- Chlombenzaldehyde,which was a fine chemical product widely used in pesticide industry ,pharmaceutical industry and dyeing industry, was prepared from the residual liquid generated in the restification in the production of o - chlorobenzyl chloride by chlorination reaction, hydrolysis reaction and distillation. The effects of such parameters as reaction temperature, reaction time and using amount of catalyst on the chlorination reaction and the hydrolysis reaction were investigated. The optimum conditions were found. The over yield of the two step reaction was 64.7%, and the purity of o -chlorobenzaldehyde was not less than 98.0 wt%. This method used the residual liquid effectively, avoided environmental pollution by direct discharge, reduced the production cost of o - chlorobenzyl chloride, and brought remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
