民族医学院校差生成因及对策分析

摘　　要：目前,差生面问题已成为高校教育中十分突出而又亟待解决的问题,尽管差生的类型及表现不同,但造成差生的原因,绝大部分是由非智力因素所致。本文分析了我院差生的成因,并提出了如何转化差生的对策,为深化民族医学院校教育教学改革,全面推动素质教育,提供科学的理论依据。Presently, the problem of dunce becomes outstanding and desiderate settlement in higher education . Although the type and the representation of dunce are different, mostly reasons of them are not intelligence. The causation of our college dunce was analysed in this article,and the way which how to vary dunce was brought forward. In order to deepen the reform of Medical College for Norminites,the scientific gist of entirely promoting diathesis education is offered.
