摘 要:目前普遍使用的晶闸管送丝机系统,存在动作噪声大、寿命低、系统响应速度慢、功率因数低等缺点,难以满足高质量GMAW焊的需要。采用特制的高频可逆调速电机驱动电路配合低惯量的印刷电机,研制了一种适用于GMAW(熔化极气体保护焊)焊接电源的新型可逆调速送丝系统。试验证明,该送丝系统送丝平稳可靠,送丝速度的线性度好,可调节范围宽,电枢电压惯性小,完全可以满足高质量GMAW焊工艺对送丝系统性能的要求。Due to the low response speed and controllability,high action noise,short longevity of service,low power factor,the present widely used wire feeder with silicon controlled rectifier can not well fulfill the requirements for high quality GMAW.In this paper,a novel wire feeding system composed of special motor driver circuit with high frequency and print motor with low inertia was designed, and the performance test were carried out.The experimental results indicate that the wire feeding of the system is smooth and steady,and the system is of good linearity of wire feeding speed,wide range of wire feeding and low inertia of armature voltage. The novel system can satisfy the needs of the high quality GMAW welding process perfectly.
