摘 要:利用富集培养的硝化污泥研究了苯酚对高、低浓度氨氮生物硝化过程的抑制特性。结果表明,苯酚对高、低浓度氨氮生物硝化的抑制均为非竞争性抑制,前者的抑制常数和EC50为2.61mg/L,后者为1.10mg/L,说明低浓度氨氮的生物硝化更容易受到苯酚的抑制。泥龄相同的条件下,有苯酚抑制剂存在时氨氮的出水浓度高于无抑制情况,且苯酚浓度越高,氨氮出水浓度也越大。达到相同的氨氮出水浓度,苯酚抑制条件下泥龄大于无抑制情况,且抑制程度越高,所需泥龄越长。低浓度氨氮硝化污泥一旦受到苯酚的抑制,很难通过控制泥龄的途径得到解决。经过短时间连续驯化后,不同浓度苯酚对两种污泥的抑制程度都有所减轻,qI,max较驯化前都有不同程度的增加,即驯化后的硝化污泥对有毒物质的忍受程度得到了加强。The inhibition characteristics of phenol against NH3-N biological nitrification process at high and low concentration were studied by utilizing the nitrified sludge enriched through cultivation. The results showed that the inhibition of phenol against NH3-N biological nitrification at high and low concentration both were non-competitive inhibition,the former's inhibition constant and EC50 were 2.61mg/L, the latter's inhibition constant and EC50 were 1.10mg/L, indicating that the biological nitrification at low concentration is more liable to be inhibited by phenol; under the condition of the same SRT, NH3-N concentration in effluent with phenol inhibitor was higher than that without inhibitor, moreover, the higher the phenol concentration, the higher the NH3-N concentration in effluent, reaching to the same NH3-N concentration in effluent, the sludge age with phenol inhibition was greater than that without phenol inhibition, moreover, the higher the inhibition degree, the longer the SRT required, once the NH3-N nitrified sludge at low concentration was inhibited by phenol, it is very difficult to be solved through controlling SRT. After continuous acclimation for short time, the inhibition degree of phenol at different concentration against both sludges could be lessened to a certain degree; qtmax increased to different degrees in comparison with that before acclimation, i.e., the nitrified sludge had enhancing ability to bear toxic substances alter acclimation.
